Payments are processed until the last business day of each month for reservations with check-out in the current month.

For all reservations, we request a guest identification document where we verify the name and if it matches the reservation. For bookings made on behalf of another person, we request an identification document from the person who will be staying in the property. If we are unable to obtain the document, the greeter responsible for check-in informs us immediately and we cancel the reservation to keep you and your property safe.

We have processes to assess guests and ensure that we control who stays in your home, but we ask that you safeguard yourself and do not leave valuable items in your property while it is available for rent. In the unlikely event that guests damage or steal your property, our team of problem-solving experts will do their best to recover any losses. If the reservation was made through Airbnb, it is covered by a $1,000,000 host guarantee at no additional cost.
